Why should I create an online account?

The benefits of having your Famsa online account:

  • Gives you access to your online transaction history.
  • Makes your checkouts fast and simple.
  • Be one of the first to know of any promotions or deals.
Why do you need me to enter my personal information?

When you enter your personal information, it will give you access to create an online personal account where you can view your transactions and make payments. Your information is not shared with anyone, do not share your password or user ID.

How do you make an order?

If this is the first time you are purchasing on our site, you must create an account. In order to create an account you will be required to provide your e-mail address and create a password. Once you have created your account you can begin shopping!

When logged in to your account you select the items you want, click on “Add to cart +” for each item. Once you are done adding to your cart, you will select “checkout”.

If you have a promotion/coupon code you must enter it before you continue checking out. You will then update your order.

To complete your order, you have the option of selecting pick up or delivery. You can pick up your items at your closest Famsa store, or get delivery for a flat rate of $99.99.

Select the method of payment you wish to use to purchase your items. Once you are done please select purchase.

An e-mail confirming your purchase will be sent to you.

What if the item you bought online is out of stock?

In the event that the item you purchased is not in stock or has sold out, we will inform you as soon as possible. We will provide next available date; if the item is discontinued we will refund your money.

Can I cancel or change my online order?

If this is the case please send us a cancellation email as soon as possible to Contact Us.

How do I redeem a coupon online?

When you are ready to checkout there will a designated box for you to type your coupon code.

What forms of payment does Famsa accept to make a purchase online, or pay my credit balance?

We accept: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

If I am not satisfied with my purchase how can I return it?

What if my items are damaged?

If your items are damaged or have manufacturer defects they will be accepted for a full refund, but it must be returned within 30 days from original purchase.

How much is the delivery charge on online purchase?

Online delivery is a flat rate of $99.99

*You also have the option of pick up at a Famsa store.

Where do we deliver?

We do online delivery in Texas and Chicago.

Maximum delivery is 100 miles away from your closest Famsa location.

I don’t live in Texas or Illinois, can I still purchase from www.famsa.us?

At this moment www.famsa.us  is only taking online orders from Texas and Illinois.

What is required to open credit at Famsa ?
  • Proof of income (A current pay stub or last 3 bank statements. Employers address and phone number.)
  • Valid U.S. Photo I.D (or place of birth)
  • Social Security Number (SSN) or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN)
  • Proof of Residency /Recent monthly utility bill in your name (Within the past 45days: land-line telephone, gas & electric.)

 

How soon will I know if I qualify for credit at Famsa?

If you filled out an online application, you will be notified within 24 HRS.

Can I view the same items online in the store?

The vast majority of the items are available online and in our stores. However, some items are sold online only. To confirm that the items are in the store please contact your nearest Famsa location.
